Glaxo to Add Avandia Warning GlaxoSmithKline has agreed to place a "black-box" heart-attack warning on the label of its Avandia diabetes drug. The label will note that an analysis indicated the drug was "associated with an increased risk" of ischemic events such as heart attacks, but it also says that the overall data is "not conclusive."
